career consultant, I partner with midcareer
professionals who are determined to renovate, remodel or rebuild their
careers. Some seek a complete from-the-ground-up makeover. Some want to
consider moving to a whole new arena, such as starting a new
business. Others just
want to move a few pieces around.
We use research-tested,
action-based approaches
to shatter the old career myths that hold most people back. No woo-woo
spoken here! I combine solid information with my own unique blend
of
irreverence and humor.
 Does
this approach really work? About 1/3 of my work comes from previous
clients. They call me for a second, third or
fourth
round of follow-up consulting -- 3 months, 6 months, even 2 years
after we begin. I'm honored that they remember me as their careers grow
and change...and continue to believe our work together is genuinely
helpful.
